Red wine of great freshness and balance, round, full, complex with an intense mineral trace.

From vineyards cultivated on hilly terrain in the municipality of Tollo, in conformity with regulations

Harvest

Mid-October (based on chemical analysis and grape tasting)

Vinification

Long maceration of the skins at controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks with interspace. Complete malolactic fermentation

Refinement

After racking, 2/3 of the wine matures in concrete vats and 1/3 in French oak tonneaux.

Intense ruby red with a slightly garnet edge

Fragrance

Red cherry and black cherry, bramble, liquorice, violet, tobacco and leather. Delicate secondary aromas of toast, vanilla and spices deriving from ageing in French oak barrels.

Taste

Fresh and bright acidity, solid but soft and slightly grainy tannins. Medium body with a persistent finish.
