LORENZA PANTALONE IS THE NEW RESIDENT CHEF AT FEUDO ANTICO

Let us introduce you to Feudo Antico’s new resident chef, Lorenza Pantalone. Born in Ortona in 1997, she graduated from the Hotelier Institute in Pescara. Lorenza is a former student of the Niko Romito Academy, the training school of the three-Michelin-starred chef, where she trained at the school’s restaurants “Spazio Rivisondoli” and “Spazio Milano”. After finishing the Academy in 2017, she began working with chef Fabrizio Sangiorgi at the “Grantosco” restaurant in Grosseto. Then he flew to Sardinia where he worked for the summer season in the restaurant of a tourist village of the Bluserena group. At the end of 2019, he has the opportunity to work as a kitchen consultant in the “Ruvido” restaurant in Lanciano. His last experience before joining Feudo Antico is the restaurant “La Zattera” in Pescara.

In the kitchen he uses many local products, making the most of their uniqueness. His gastronomic proposal combines the flavours of tradition with the innovative techniques of modern cuisine.
