IT'S ALL SET FOR OUR FIRSTVINEYARD DINNER AT FEUDO ANTICO

On Tuesday, August 1st at 8 pm, a unique evening will take place among the vineyards and olive trees, accompanied by live music.

The 4-course dinner is prepared by the kitchen of the Gastronomic Space.

Beef tartare in phyllo dough with parmesan cream sauce

Egg poché with cardoncelli mousse and summer truffle
First course
Mezze maniche with Abruzzo pear tomato, grana cheese and basil
Second course
Tempura cod on San Marzano confit tartare and tomato mayonnaise
Dessert
Peanut cannoli filled with ricotta and pistachio with basil snow

Cost per person is €40
Cost includes: water and 1 bottle of wine for every 4 people.
