Olio Extra Vergine di Oliva

A superior quality extra virgin olive oil obtained from the pressing of olives coming exclusively from a small olive grove owned by us in the town of Tollo.

The olives are harvested by hand in the first half of October in order to preserve their integrity and fruity notes; the use of perforated boxes and immediate sending to the mill for pressing give a further guarantee of quality.
Cold extraction is carried out in a continuous two-stage cycle to preserve the unique characteristics and, in particular, the polyphenol content of the raw material. In order to allow natural decanting, following extraction, the oil is stored in small stainless steel tanks before bottling.
